Sometimes linen styles are pure warm weather goods - superlight and clearly ideal for one season. In this case you get something different - linen adds a unique feel to otherwise rugged selvedge denim. Even without the linen, you have great selvedge here. It starts by using a unique warp-weft color combination. The black version combines a jet black warp with natural weft, creating a classic black denim with a subtle dusty cast. A thoughtful combination that we haven't run before. The solid 14 ounce weight is the perfect counterpoint to the 40% linen composition. Linen lends a flowing feel to an otherwise very solid, rugged selvedge denim. Of course you the extra breathability and strength along with it.
